Sorry but.. revised
If the manufacturer wants to sell this product then they should fix the driver software that runs it. Each time I stick the bluetooth dongle in my usb port it completely rediscovers and re-installs the software. After that you need a reboot or log off and back on to get it to work. Then it works with some things but not others. For instance, it works great for walking around the house listening to music or videos. But when you log onto yahoo messenger is just stops working and the sound and speaker built into my notebook take over when the drivers for the headset abort without warning. For music the sound is not that high quality. So I don't recommend getting them for that only. Its yet another hardware vendor with screwed up drivers and they don't update them to fix them. Or maybe thats impossible. Shame on them for not updating the drivers for stability. So sad but that problem appears to be an industry trend. UPDATE after laying on the charger unused for 9 months i tried again and they finally fixed the drivers. Had to pay an IT guy $80 service call so had him take a look at while he was fixing something else. he spent almost 1 hour fighting it but now they work great. meanwhile i bought some others from sony and they worked immediately and fine. stay away from this brand.

Yes, they are uncomfortable, but if they worked I could overlook that. They don't. Besides the difficult installation on Vista (no instructions, figure it out yourself), once they are installed they randomly lose the connection, and even when they are working, the sound is staccatto and jumpy. When I'm playing my FP shooter game online, the connection will just terminate randomly. Worse, on Vista, this freezes the display and I can only get it back by for the logoff menu. These went in the trash one week after I bought them. I wish I could give this product negative stars.
